A flurry of sultry colours and want-to-wear fabrics, zipped or woven together, were unleashed upon London for Roksanda’s AW24 show. Tasseled dresses danced with every step while, jackets, capes and coats cut with sporty sensibility offered the poise of statues. And beneath it all? A number of uber-chic, colour-coordinated shoes poked out, vying to be seen, but never too much – something had to be left to the imagination ahead of their official reveal. It was our first look at the London-based designer’s link-up with FitFlop, and the three, bold styles were more than enough to have us hooked. Now, Roksanda x FitFlop is gearing up for its official launch on September 12, and to satiate our excitement, an even closer look at the kicks is finally here!
A sleek collection standout, the Shuv Leather Clog is a simple, slip-on shoe great for everyday wear that comes in merlot, tangerine, oyster and fluro pink colourways. Perfect for resort getaways, the iQushion D-Luxe Padded Leather Flip-Flop is an elevated take on everyone’s go-to summer sandal, featuring poofy straps and a padded sole. Available in oyster, lime and tangerine, they’re, of course, incredibly comfortable so you don’t have to worry about getting pesky blisters on that long hike down to the beach.
Last, but by no means least, the Gen-FF Curly-Shearling Crisscross-Lace Ankle Boot is a sporty style winter boot with a cosy shearling upper, and it’s available in all-black, black and blue with a plum sole, chartreuse, olive and army green, and tangerine and rose with a plum sole. Trekking through city slush on your way to work? Heading back to the chalet for aprés-ski after ripping up the mountainous terrain? These boots were made for walking you to your destination, whatever it might be, and keeping you comfy and protected from the cold from day to night.
