The Emporio Armani woman lives a life of ultimate luxury and this season, she’s back in the air, on the move. For spring/summer 23, sunlight danced on top of the ocean projection that rippled down the runway as the EA women came flowing freely in soft pastel shades of cool. The Armani woman was on cloud nine, zen and blissed out. The collection celebrated the lightness of being as the models glided in the finest subtly sparkling dresses that swished around their ankles, some with delicately embroidered flowers that made us think of Monet’s garden.
The ease of the classic Emporio Armani androgyny came through on loose silk suiting, with pea coats and duster coats in liquid shades of the EA rainbow: sweet pinks, seawater greens and morning sky blues. This was a melting pot of international inspiration, a look for every destination for the well-travelled Armand woman. She’s in her element, in a state of flow.
