Louis Vuitton’s Stellar Soccer Shoes
It’s no secret that sports and fashion are becoming increasingly intertwined. The latest addition? Stone Island has released an exclusive fabric for SS25. Mussola Gommata is ultra-light and laminating and will be used to make the beloved brand’s pieces wind and water-resistant. Unveiling the new creation through a campaign featuring pro-basketball player Jalen Green and musician Giggs, the multimedia campaign was shot by David Sims and styled by Max Pearmain. Loewe has teamed up with Swiss sportswear brand of the moment, On, to refresh the Cloudtilt 2.0 sneaker. Having released on January 8, the new iterations come in various fresh colourways featuring khaki, orange or navy detailing. Christian Lacroix Is Acquired By Sociedad Textil Lonia
It’s Lacroix, sweetie! The French fashion house, which became renowned for its exuberant, colourful style and was a favourite of Ab Fab’s Eddie Monsoon, has been acquired by the Spanish company Sociedad Textil Lonia. Christian Lacroix himself, who now designs costumes for the opera said, “The Spanish family that owns STL had the elegance to contact me ahead of the official announcement about the acquisition of the Christian Lacroix name and archives. We will probably meet soon in an informal way.” STL has provided limited details about its plan for the brand, stating that they “are taking the quality time to ensure everything is carefully done.” Discover more here.

Labelhood Takes Over Harrods
This Chinese New Year, pioneering fashion brand Labelhood will return to Harrods for the third year in a row. Running from January 9 to January 21, the brand will bring a unique experience to the historic Knightsbridge retail space. Themed ‘Labelhood: Spiritual Homeland’, the showcase will be seen through Harrods’ prestigious main street exhibition windows and will showcase work from acclaimed photographer Leslie Zhang. Attendees will also have the chance to mooch around the Labelhood New Year Pop Up and take a snapshot in the Family Photo Booth, where visitors can take portraits and create timeless memories for this festive period.
