This is the mood Peter Philips channels in Dior Beauty’s new summer 2025 make-up collection: Dioriviera.
As creative and image director for Dior Makeup, Philips is no stranger to capturing fleeting moments of light and turning them into colour stories. With Dioriviera, he crafts an invitation to escape – and the perfectly curated kit to take with you. This season’s standouts? Two luminous looks: Summer Pink Splash and Summer Pop Coral. Designed for radiant skin, glistening eyes and lips that catch the sun, each look brings a different Riviera fantasy to life.
Summer Pink Splash
Pink, but make it radiant. The Summer Pink Splash look is all about freshness – think windswept cheeks and a shimmer of mauve as the sun begins to dip behind the hills.
Start with Dior Forever Nude Bronze Glow in 032 Pink Bronze, a four-in-one compact featuring a satin bronzer, matte contour, radiant blush and golden highlighter. Sweep the radiant pink blush across the apples of the cheeks, then dab the highlighter on the high points of your face for that just-spent-the-day-on-a-yacht type of glow.
For eyes, Diorshow 5 Couleurs in 974 Pink Riviera blends luminous pinks, mauves and a deep brown. Use the shimmering mauve across the lid, the bright pink on the inner corner to open up the eyes and the deep brown softly smoked out along the lash line for subtle definition.
Lips get dressed in Dior Addict Lip Glow Oil in 096 Pink Pop – a candy pink gloss that hydrates while enhancing the natural lip tone with a glimmering finish. For extra dimension, layer with Dior Addict Lip Maximizer in 092 Garnet Fizz, a juicy garnet red with golden shimmer for a hint of depth.
Finish with Dior Vernis in 664 Sienna, a shimmering mahogany nail polish with subtle hints of purple – unexpected, elegant and perfectly paired with the look’s governing pink.
Summer Pop Coral
If the Pink Splash is sunrise, then the Summer Pop Coral look is high noon – warm, glowing and full of life.
Begin with Dior Forever Nude Bronze Glow in 031 Coral Bronze. The coral blush adds warmth to cheeks, while the glimmering gold highlighter enhances sunlit skin. Dust the bronzer across the forehead and collarbones for a just-back-from-the-beach finish.
For the eyes, Diorshow 5 Couleurs in 654 Coral Riviera brings together copper, beige, chestnut and ivory. Blend the coral at the centre of the lid, the beige in the crease for softness and the chestnut in the outer corners for structure. A pop of luminous ivory on the brow bone lifts the whole look.
Lips shine in Dior Addict Lip Glow Oil in 098 Lemon Glow, a citrus yellow that brings an unexpected zest to the natural lip tone. For more intensity, layer with Dior Addict Lip Maximizer in 090 Sparkly Sienna, a brick-tone gloss with multicoloured shimmer. Or swipe on Dior Addict Lip Tint in 671 Natural Raspberry for a long-wear, no-transfer burst of colour with a semi-matte finish.
Nails? Go full Riviera with Dior Vernis in 330 Coral Pop, a sparkling coral pink with a golden heart – it catches the light like the sun glinting on the sea.
For both looks, Dior Forever Glow Luminizer in 004 Coral Glow offers the final radiant touch – a gel-powder hybrid highlighter suspended with micro-shimmer that melts into skin and throws light from every angle.
