Diesel Take It Back To Their Roots In New Campaign

See now, buy now. It continues. This week, Diesel beckoned in 30 years of their presence in Japan with a big old show in Tokyo available to purchase the very same day. Handy. And alongside that extrvaganza, they released this, their their #FORSUCCESSFULLIVING campaign, photographed by Terry Richardson and dreamt up by Nicola Formichetti, Diesel’s Artistic Director. See it as revival of Diesel in the 90s. Not that I’d know. I’m far too young. It’s cheeky. Literally. Nude men, denim and pleather. AKA a typical Friday night for Ten Towers. The ads also come with a bevy tips, as the name suggests, for successful living. Fifty of them. Now, the photographs will be displayed in a special exhibition of Tokyo, but for those stuck in less glamorous locales, it will travel to Shanghai, London, Milan and New York, all before 2017. And as a head start, there’s an extra eyeful of Diesel in the special film below…
