Wake up and smell the… Mushrooms!
Creative director Jonathan Anderson and in-house perfumer Nuria Cruelles are bringing your nan’s veg patch to life in the form of two earthy scented Loewe candles – mushroom and hazelnut – also available as a wax candleholder or chic room spray. While the gritty mushroom aroma, similar to that of the portobello, releases subtle notes of sweet patchouli over time, the roasted hazelnut scent, infused with deep, nutty and woody elements, reveals instances of sweet, brown sugar. Loewe’s two new additions to their Home Scents collection encourage you to welcome the fresh, rich odours of the outdoors into your very own home. Buy yours here. Izzy Heywood

Phoebe Philo’s Second Edit
Philophiles, assemble! Phoebe Philo is back with her second edit, and *somehow* it’s even better than the first. Following her debut collection which released in October and sent Philophiles into a tizzy, the second edit is more developed, more avant-garde, more modern. Spanning powerfully feminine ready-to-wear, jewellery and even more sure-to-be-best-selling accessories, Philo’s new arsenal is packed with goodies worth gagging over. Key pieces include a number of scarves that are constructed like pillows, enveloping the wearer’s neck and head in cloud-like comfort, an XL Cabas shopping bag in leopard print calf hair, and two gathered-at-the-waist padded leather jackets. The High Tassel mule is also a standout design with its sleek, leather fringing and animated square toe. Seasonless and sophisticated, the second edit comprises 60 new styles as well as select pieces from the debut collection which will once again be available for your purchasing pleasures.
German actor Sandra Hüller (who stars in Jonathan Glazer’s The Zone of Interest and Justine Triet’s Anatomy of a Fall – which garnered her an Oscar nomination) joins a cast of models for the accompanying campaign.
The collection is now available for first orders from phoebephilo.com, with further deliveries becoming available over the months of March, April and May. Emily Phillips
Fila’s grand slam Aries collab
Fila teams up with Sofia Prantera, the mastermind behind the luxury streetwear brand Aries, to release a new activewear capsule collection. Drawing from her Italian roots and personal interest in tennis, Prantera creates a collection of lush leisure-wear in a palette of soft pastels. There are sporty zip-up jackets, relaxed jumpers, 1980s inspired tube socks and tight miniskirts with elastic bands that mimic the tape-wrapping of a tennis racket. Aries and Fila work to reignite the roots of a sport in which style is just as important as performance. Score your own pieces here. BM
Maison Margiela and Gentle Monster Link-Up
See through John Galliano’s eyes with the second instalment of the Maison Margiela X Gentle Monster genderless eyewear collection. Exploring concepts of futurism through the values of craftsmanship, the collection includes ten mask-like sunglasses and seven spectacle designs (some of which have miniature temples barely big enough to fit Margiela’s signature four white stitches), that mould around the contour of the eyes and nose. There are black, white, grey, cream, transparent and tortoiseshell acetate frames, as well as leather-framed editions available in black, ivory, khaki and blue.
Beginning today, and accompanying the collection are five avant-garde pop-up shops featuring a futuristic performance between a robot and human that centres around nuanced physical gestures. Sneak a peak at Versace’s Medusa Tote
Look at it and you’ll turn to stone… or shed a tear in absolute adoration; with Versace’s Medusa 95 tote, the latter is more likely. Undeniably chic, the tote was first introduced to the fashion pack on the SS24 runway as an elegant piece of arm candy coming in an array of muted shades – black, soft grey and a serene beige, all with glistening golden hardware. Now up for grabs, there’s a clean white version too, but it’s adorned with cool, silver accents, with the maison’s quintessential Medusa pendant at its centre. Shop here. IH
Amelia Gray Embodies Byredo’s Mojave Ghost
Amelia Gray and Byredo are a match made in a splendidly scented heaven. For the first chapter in a multi-part campaign celebrating the ten-year anniversary of bestselling scent, Mojave Ghost, London-based photographer Harley Weir captures the fashion darling in a jet black feathered jumpsuit backdropped by the desert expanse of the Mojave Desert (the same landscape barren that served Ben Gorham as inspiration for the evocative scent). With notes of nesberry, sandalwood, ambrette and violet, layered atop magnolia, musk, vetiver and cedar-wood, this majestic scent is sure to make passersby swoon. Discover the scent here. IH

Edward Cuming’s Turn To The Dark Side
Pivoting away from the jovial mood of his last collection, Edward Cuming has opted for a much darker AW24 collection. Delving into the tensions between the brand’s unwavering optimism and the harsh realities of being a young designer, its a collection centred around embracing, and championing imperfections.
Layer upon layer of fabrics are deliberately slashed, cut open, ripped and fringed as a core design principle. Outerwear includes oversized trench coats with glittery embroidery, asymmetric cropped bombers with high collars, clean-cut denim jackets and colourful wool knit cardigans. By using hands-on draping, satin dresses cascade, as if frozen mid-motion, with incomplete stitching. Trousers are highlighted throughout, and the brand solidifies its trademark ‘Cum’ jeans with subtle indigo and mid-wash options, opting to add details such as sequins, silky sashes and ruffle broaches for a buoyant flair.
