Pop culture moment, but who has seen the new series of Black Mirror? I screamed when I watched the trailer and saw who I thought was Jessica Chastain. Unfortunately, it wasn’t Jessica Chastain, but in fact Bryce Dallas Howard. Disappointing at first, but now it all makes sense. Jessica was far too busy shooting the Resort campaign for Prada to take part in Black Mirror. And just like Black Mirror, the new Prada campaign is quite dark. Chastain stars as a solo act in the dark and twisted fantasy. Think 1940s Mad Men type setting, but it’s not Manhattan, it’s Milan (duh). The handy notes tell me that Chastain is magnetic in whatever role she plays and Prada share this in common with her. Magnetic in the way that you want to shove it all in your bag and move country because living a life on the run would be totally worth it if you’re dressed head to toe in Prada. So let yourself be drawn in by the magnetism of a Prada wearing Jessica Chastain, because is there anything else you’d rather be drawn in by?
