WARNING: The following is a rumour only. Do not panic. And usually we love a rumour. But this one prompted a long moan-like wail of “Noooooo” from Dominic this morning. Why? Because last night, The Fashion Law announced that Phoebe Philo could be leaving Céline after eight years – “our sources confirm that Philo is, in fact, departing from the house but will wait until the Fall/Winter 2016 collection is marketed to do so,” they write. So what would be next for our beloved queen of minimalism? Well, usually we don’t indulge in tittle-tattle, but there are reports that she is heading to another Parisian address. Which is enough to make us need a short lie down. Stay tuned.
