YVES SAINT LAURENT FILM: TRAILER
To say that we are excited about the upcoming Yves Saint Laurent biopic is a bit of an understatement. The film follows the career of the rising star through the lens of Pierre Bergé, Yves’ former lover and business partner. Bergé himself has said how uncannily accurate Pierre Niney’s portrayal of Yves is, to the point that he found it disconcerting and at times, upsetting. What remains a standout from the film is Bergé’s fidelity to Yves, through his professional success and rise to fame but also through battles with his mental and physical health. A sad but fascinating film which is an absolute must-see. Just make sure you have a Kleenex to hand.
