Designer and high street collaborations are awfully common these days, but the H&M designer collabs still reign supreme. The latest to team up with the high street behemoth is Canadian by way of London, Erdem. Known for his floral gowns and extraordinary tailoring, this collection seems to be over-flowing with all his hallmarks. Call it a bit of a trip down memory lane – re-working a few of his old classics but also entering completely new territories like menswear, a first for the designer.
Last night in LA the brand staged quite the runway do to debut the collection in its entirety – a massive 41 looks in total. Erdem brought out some industry heavyweights to show off the garms, which included naughties super model Guinevere Van Seenus and fellow Canadian Eve Salvail, AKA the original girl with the dragon tattoo. I mean, how major? Start making your shopping lists now though – this is going to sell out fast. Everyone in the office has started a list of must haves – on mine?
