It begins! AW17. First up – Topman Design. Who have done the impossible and found a way to travel through time. Victoriana, punk, rave, hip-hopper. They did it all. And the boy was, following that age old adage from Lady Gaga, “bus, club, another club, another club, plane, next place, no sleep, another club.” Clubbing through the ages. Quite apt for the clothes, you looked like you could sweat in them. Embellished knits for moshing in a field, acid bright two pieces for a techno rave, wide legged denim for the breakdancers out there. They spoke for themselves. The only thing left to do was to follow the instructions of the soundtrack for the finale and well – put on your raving shoes.
