What’s a project you’ve worked on lately that you’re proud of?

At k2, we are fortunate to work on many purpose-driven initiatives that allow us to have a meaningful impact through our work. As a team, we’re especially motivated when we can come together to push creative boundaries for our clients while also creating cultural impact. A recent example is the opening ceremony of the women’s pavilion in collaboration with Cartier at Expo 2025 Osaka this May. We had the privilege of working with extraordinary artists and talents to create a powerful celebration of women. It was an emotional experience and I was proud to be part of it.

What are you most excited about, looking ahead for your business?

I’m excited about the influence we can continue to have in the market. I have been with k2 since the very beginning and, over the years, I’ve been proud to see the business and the incredible people within it grow to new heights. Of course, business growth matters, but going forward I want k2 to continue to be known for being inspirational, trustworthy and impactful. What excites me most is our potential to inspire others, to deepen our relationships with our clients and to create an environment where long-term employees can grow with the company in the same way I have.
