Team 10 have had a late one. We’re looking more worse for wear than we normally do of a Monday morning- which is really saying something. All in the name of fashion babes. In the name of the greatest show on earth in fact. No Natalie- we don’t mean Cher at the Colosseum, we mean The Academy Awards…or at least the lead up to it. The probably rather terrifying lead up to it, which this year looked shag pile dense, and featured lots of rather tasteful exits (Nothing to rival a Bob Mackie head dress at least). We’re wondering whether the throw back approach to the iconic carpets warp and weft had anything to do with Jennifer Lawrence’s tripping- (yes, it happened again) in which case we’d like to thank whoever’s job it was to lay it all down, as the mishap merely made us love her even more. Plus Lupita of course. Who doesn’t love Lupita? The beautiful crop haired starlet walked away with Best Supporting Actress for 12 years a Slave- and in floor sweeping powder blue Prada no less. Really, that’s the way to do it.
