Sharif Hamza grew up in London with dual ethnic heritage and, while he idolised fashion publications, never felt as though he was represented in them. In his own words, “this editorial is titled SELF PORTRAIT because it’s a reflection of who I am and it’s my way of reflecting the faces that look like mine and my sister’s”.
