If you love Prada, which we do, a lot, then you’ll be excited to hear that the Fondazione Prada is opening a new Milan venue. Opening in May the venue features a bar designed by director Wes Anderson which is set to replicate old Milan cafes. So full of grappa-guzzling Italian stallions then? We hope so. On its opening there will be film screenings of Roman Polanski documentaries and two exhibitions on the reproduction of Greek and Roman sculptures respectively from the Renaissance to Neoclassicism, like that of Laocoon pictured below. Wes-Anderson-designed cafe (potentially filled with Milanese man candy) plus art? You’ve just described out perfect afternoon out.
