If you follow even just one Instagay (a popular homosexual who is active on Instagram with a large amount of followers) chances are you have seen the infamous “pink wall” outside the Paul Smith store in Los Angeles. It’s true – us gays love pink. And, as of last week, it’s all got even gayer. June is International Pride Month, so to celebrate and show support for the LGBTQ community Paul Smith have been painting the walls of their Los Angeles, Nashville, Cleveland, London and Madrid stores with the rainbow brights that make up the LGBTQ Pride flag, teaming up on the project with Instagram. Us: “that’s gay” (said in Paris Hilton baby voice).
“Many people are familiar with the shop’s bright pink colour”, said Paul, “so it will surprise a lot of visitors that during this short period, to celebrate LA Pride, it will be painted in the famous LGBTQ rainbow. I think it will look really outstanding. Make sure you head down and make the most of it while it’s there!” The rainbow walls will also feature the #kindcomments to encourage love and support amongst strangers – enough to make our big gay hearts swell. So please go and take a photo in front of this fab rainbow wall and use that hashtag, with all thats happening in the world we could all use a little bit more love. And, on shallower note, I also want to Insta-stalk all the hotties posting their rainbow wall selfies. Happy pride month from all of us at Ten Towers!
To see the rainbow wall and leave some #kindcomments, visit Paul Smith Los Angeles from June 1st to June 15th.
