Pol Anglada Takes Over JW Anderson’s Soho Flagship Store

We love a good ol’ fashion x artist collaboration, especially if it involves JW Anderson. The London-based brand has teamed up with some of the best names in the business. From photographers David Sims and Juergen Teller, to working with the foundations of Tom of Finland and David Wojnarowicz to create entire capsule collections featuring the artists’ works.

Just in time for your festive shopping, Jonathan Anderson presents the second instalment of his ongoing collaboration with illustrator Pol Anglada. The Catalan-born artist is known for his queer, tongue-in-cheek drawings, which come sexually-charged, full of humour, and in some cases, definitely NSFW.

This time around, Anglada has created a series of rugged rugby players which adorn hoodies, polos, T-shirts, short shorts and a bunch of JW Anderson accessories, including the signature Felt Tote bag. Available exclusively on JWAnderson.com, as well as the brand’s London flagship, Anglada has taken over the Soho store, decorating the walls with his original sketches for the collection and defacing the shop’s mannequins with his beefed-up athletes. Pretty hot stuff, if you ask us.
