Young design talent ( here we are speaking in terms of the brand’s age not the people designing it, no age discrimination here at Ten Towers) is truly the fountain of youth that keeps the industry running. So support for these labels is extremely important, and as much as we love to support by buying all their fabulous fashions with our every spare penny, our pockets are only so deep. Thank goodness then for LVMH, and their LVMH Prize, now in its fifth year. They have just announced the final 9 contestants in the running for the 2018 edition Grand Prize, and we won’t lie, we are quite chuffed that 3 of the 9 are based in jolly old London. The designers will meet with the panel of esteemed judges, made up of Creative Directors from LVMH houses including JW Anderson, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Nicolas Ghesquière, on June 6th, and they will then decide which incredible talent is the lucky winner.
