HOOD BY AIR: A/W14 LOOKBOOK
Hood by Air is the real McCoy. It’s street wear in the truest sense of the term. Not a high fashion reappropriation of urban culture, HBA is Brooklyn born ‘n’ bred. With a fan base stretching from Style.com to New York rapper A$AP Rocky and with its founder Shayne Oliver up for the CFDA Swarovski Award for Menswear and on the shortlist for the LVMH Prize, it’s clear that HBA is winning approval left, right and centre. Not that the brand is looking for approval by the looks of this model’s arrogant nonchalance. He knows he’s the coolest kid on the block and doesn’t give a s*** if you think otherwise.
