Di Petsa: Ready-To-Wear SS26

For SS26, Dimitra Petsa stayed close to what she does best – draping, sensual silhouettes and a healthy dose of mythology – but gave it a lighter, more wearable twist. The show, held yesterday, was set to the soft sounds of the sea, and the clothes flowed with the same ease.

There were sheer mesh tops printed with phrases like “Angel of Athens” and “Imitation Poseidon”, paired with low-slung skirts and layered jersey ribbons that wrapped and twisted around the body. Wetlook dresses – now a house signature – appeared in pearlescent creams, soft greys and watery blues, some cut into mini lengths, others falling to the floor with open backs and gentle gathers.

The standout new addition was the Ancient Moon bag, which came in metallic knits, shimmering organza and woven rattan. It looked equally good clutched in hand or slung across the body – ideal for beach nights or goddess-inspired errands.

Elsewhere, there were ruched bodysuits, sheer trousers and jersey bandeaus styled with undone elegance. The overall mood was softer, a bit more casual, but still confident. Dipetsa isn’t abandoning its mythic roots – just making space for them in everyday life. And SS26 proves that a goddess can do it all, even in flats.
