A friend of mine has been known to take off her coat when caught in a rainstorm and wrap it around her favourite handbag. While this does prevent any watermarks on the pale (and expensive) leather, the downside is she gets very wet and looks quite mental in the process. Oh dear. If only she had this bag. So what if it’s meant for the boys? Not only is it made from practical and hard-wearing canvas, but it is already covered in a pattern of printed raindrops – cleverly referencing our nation’s inclement weather while alleviating the need to hide it whenever the skies open. Poor love could keep her coat on then.
