A gentle yet captivating ode to nature in all its sincere beauty, Swarovski has co-created a new capsule collection with none other than pop princess Ariana Grande. A daintier iteration of last year’s link-up, the collection features pastel, iridescent jewels that catch the light and capture the essence of relaxing in your garden, or going for a stroll in the park on a crisp spring morning. The release draws inspiration from Grande’s own seasonal garden, with dragonflies, butterflies and florals featured on thin chains in warm tones. Comprised of necklaces, bracelets, earrings, hair accessories and ear cuffs, there is enough glamorous warmth in this offering to endure even the chilliest of days.
Grande, as a global brand ambassador, directly influenced this 29-piece collection, working in harmony with creative director Giovanna Engelbert. Together, they champion the sophistication and delicacy so ingrained in Swarovski’s DNA, all while experimenting with an array of multicoloured stones, crystal pearls and mixed cuts and metals to give the offering a playful vim.
The accompanying campaign, shot by storytelling extraordinaires Mert and Marcus, embraces a fantastical, whimsical world. The design duo communicate the jewels through shots of Grande, drenched in a prism of colours and natural light, amongst dainty branches and fluttering dragonflies. After all, wonders of the world do exist and not just in fairytales.
