Back to Black Mountain. Tory Burch always takes us on a journey, whether it’s Morocco or south of France – her woman is not sitting still. For AW19, she looks to Black Mountain College in North Carolina. Although it closed in the mid-70s, this legendary art school’s unconventional and progressive way of teaching lives on. The Tory Burch lady is that art girl who knows her style – from layering knits, ruffles, prints, fringing, patchwork boots and as always, great outerwear. Effortlessly put together, the Tory Burch lady likes her prints, her colour and is not afraid to play with her wardrobe.
