Phoebe and Natalie took a nice excursion out of the office this morning to celebrate the launch of London Fashion Week and enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the process. Natalie said there were “soft little sandwiches” and “mini muffin things”. Both of which she enjoyed. But what else were they treated to? Well, further nourishment came in the form of BFC Chairman Natalie Massenet, who treated everybody to a speech about how very good British fashion is – and she becomes a Dame tomorrow, so take heed – “we set out five clear pillars run by six superb presidents,” she said (one of those pillars is our very own Sophia Neophitou, Pillar President of Reputation) “and supported by committees made up of an incredibly strong network of volunteers to work alongside the British Fashion Council in our mission to make London the strongest and most exciting global fashion capital. I strongly believe that we have achieved this, and more.” Here here Natalie.
