VERSACE: MILAN A/W 12 BACKSTAGE GIRLS DAY 3
Gothic architecture has been called the greatest advertising campaign the Catholic church has ever known. Sure I read that somewhere? Well, I hate to poop on hundreds of years of art history and the rather clever little analogy whoever it was drew, but I reckon Donatella trumped all those abbeys and cathedrals with her cross emblazoned collection on the 24th, which re-explored the themes of Gianni Versace’s final collection July 97 collection. Beautifully done.
