VERSACE HOME: MEDUSA GALA
Imagine going on Changing Rooms but instead of Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen rocking up to your house with his flared sleeves and bouffant hairstyle, you got Donatella Versace. Entering your two bed semi, accompanied by an entourage of skilled artisans, she would snap her fingers and drawl in her thickly accented voice, “Darling, we need more glamour.” A crystal chandelier would emerge; bouquets of cream-coloured roses and gold, lots of gold. In a flash, your previously-humble abode would be transformed into a lavish, louche glam-pad. Now that I’d like to see.
