Can we say that Vera Wang’s show walked the line between life and death? Well, we just did. It a good way, obviously. It was dark. But poetic. Light cotton voile, voluminous dropped sleeves, strappy 90s vests, cut-outs that exposed the back. And all layered with tailored, waisted panniers. It put us in mind of a very fashionable funeral. One with much to celebrate, obviously. The Wang ladies veritably glided in their darkness, all veiled gauzy skirts and flowing silk georgette. Like they were walking on water.
