The Net Set Launch Party

As we learnt from Mr Armani last week and the many attendees of the Met Ball, the best way to accessorise ones self for ones party, or any party, is with a selection of the finest arm candy, a lesson further reinforced by Natalie Massenet last night at the launch of Net-a-Porter’s new social media app, The Net Set. And you know what they say, three’s a trend, or something like that. Anyway, off to Westfield the glamorous did flock in their droves where, to quote from the official party line, “the luxury online retailer’s headquarters were transformed to bring the app and its features to life, including four immersive Style Tribe rooms – Rock Chic, Fashion Magpie, Double Denim and Leopard Lover – a high tech Genius Bar where guests were invited to explore the app and create their own accounts and a state of the art Prophobooth, to capture editorial quality profile pictures.” Champagne was drunk and canapés nibbled.
