Did you really think we were only going to do one post devoted to last night’s Met fashions/ Chinese firework factory explosion? Ha! How could we whittle down so many fabulous creations to just 10? So, without much further ado let us bring you Dakota Johnson, in her mini Chanel mirror ball creation and a subtle nod to this year’s ‘China: Through the Looking Glass’ theme via the medium of tiny Chinese doll bag, and Miley Cirus with Zoe Kravitz, both in Alexander Wang who are bringing their best sexy dominatrix game to those red carpet steps. Lorde, in her Calvin Klein Collection sequins and flowing hair seems to me to be channeling mythical sea creature while Amal Clooney in Maison Martin Margiela Couture has gone full out red dragon. Which takes us rather nicely on to Joan Smalls who in her one shouldered, sheer and embroidered purple Roberto Cavalli by Peter Dundas gown, has gone full out sexy mother of dragons.
