They say music is food for the soul but last night it didn’t really matter, because we got both food and music. Food, courtesy of a hearty dinner at Hixter Bankside, and music, thanks to the lovely J Brand ladies who serenaded our Editorial Director/Goddess Phoebe with a selection of nineties-based classics. But the belle of the ball had to go to Carolina. The J Brand jeans, that is. You know the kind of denim that gives your booty the oomph it needs when you’ve had a bit of a – for want of a more ladylike word – saggy week? Meet Cazza; a super high rise, more rigid wash with a sassy stepped hem. Aka, your booty’s new bestie. Now to show off that newly harnessed derriere get on down to this weeks playlist of the best 90s classics created by the lovely ladies at J Brand.
