Louis Vuitton are encouraging us to do some serious soul-searching, and nothing says soul-searching like a perfume. A scent is like an identity. Sweet and bitter hints all combine to create something fabulous. Like us! Louis Vuitton know that we have many identities, alter egos, mid life crises etc, and so in their first men’s fragrance offering they have created a ‘wardrobe’ of five fragrances. Yes, forget the clothes, we have those already – it’s a made to measure wardrobe of perfumes. Les Parfums includes, as follows, and according to LV: L’Immensité, an infinite inner journey; Nouveau Monde, an homage to explorers; Orage, the almighty nature of the elements; Sur La Route, a life path, a lesson in self; and Au Hasard, a taste for risk. Ooh. So they’re promising a lot. A journey of the mind, the soul, the body etc. A Louis Vuitton cleanse, dousing in the newest parfums. This marks the first time Master Perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud has created aromas for the boys. So it’s decided the men of Ten Towers will be the Master Testers and go forth on their global (OK, most likely local) explorations, new LV scent spritzed every day (obvs it’s a five day challenge). We would go into details on what each perfume is infused with but this is a Ten Loves and so it’s assured that they’re good. Lots of sugar, spice and all things nice. Quite literally.
