Following in the footsteps of Chitose Abe and Glenn Martens, Olivier Rousteing has been tapped as the next guest designer at Jean Paul Gaultier couture. Balmain’s signature protruding shoulders and houndstooth prints might just merge with the codes of JPG as the one-off collaboration will be presented at haute couture fashion week in Paris come July. Harry Styles’ Pleasing is in a Shroom Bloom
Harry Styles’ Pleasing is in a Shroom Bloom. For the second micro collection from the buzzy beauty brand, Styles wanted to evoke “the feeling of lying in a park in early spring”. Modelled by the legendary Mick Fleetwood, the collection features 12 biodegradable nail polishes and two skin care products: an overnight serum and a nourishing hand cream that’s just as good for your nails as it is for your palms. AZ Factory welcomes Thebe Magugu as its first ‘Amigo’
After the sudden passing of Alber Elbaz last April, his newly-launched brand, AZ Factory, will continue on in his legacy. The brand will welcome a series of ‘Amigos’ to guest design for the label under a new program that will have its creative laboratory buzzing with young talent. First on its list is former LVMH Prize winner Thebe Magugu, whose collection is set to be released in June. The collection will be sold on AZ Factory’s online webstore and via the likes of Net-a-Porter, Farfetch and more. AS

Gucci celebrates International Women’s Day
For International Women’s Day, Gucci created a capsule collection that celebrates togetherness and advocates for gender equality across the board. As part of its Chime for Change initiative, the collection features a t-shirt and baseball cap covered in inspirational graphics. The launch of the capsule ties into Gucci’s five-year allegiance to the UN Women’s Generation Equality Action Coalitions that supports women on a global scale. AS

The duo has come together on a limited-edition capsule collection crafted for explorers and city-goers alike with apparel and footwear that will have you giddy for a weekend camping trip. The collection sees Loewe put its spin across On’s Cloudventure and Cloudrock performance shoes as they have been dressed in nature-like hues.
