Gigi Hadid steps behind the camera for Weekend Max Mara’s Family Affair campaign

Florals for spring are groundbreaking, says Weekend Max Mara. With a 1970s psychedelic edge, the line’s new Family Affair campaign was shot by none other than Gigi Hadid. Stepping from in front of the camera to behind it, the supermodel captures pieces pulled from the brand’s Signatures line, which were created by lauded stylist Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, who was inspired by the personal styles of women from her family. Kelsey Lu stars in Miu Miu’s latest Women’s Tales film

If you don’t have a time for a weekend holiday somewhere where the winter will be just another blurry memory, at least treat yourself to the new Miu Miu sun-packed video. House Comes with a Bird is a short movie directed by Janicza Bravo and it marks the 23rd edition Miu Miu’s Women’s Tales series. In the new film, Kelsey Lu and Natasha Lyonne soak in the Californian sun in a never-ending lazy afternoon. Miu Miu’s viral pleated skirts flow, cello music fills the air and Pedro Pascal makes an appearance –  what more could you possibly want? Watch below.

A.P.C. joins forces with Jessica Ogden

A.P.C.’s never ceases to surprise in its approach to crafting classic items. The brand’s new Interaction collection was developed by designer Jessica Ogden, who upcycled left-over A.P.C. fabrics into reinterpretations of her signature designs. There’s quilted denim and patchwork plaid, along with plenty oversized fits. With a Wes Anderson-like appreciation for symmetry, that collection gives a new life to1980s inspirations. Oh, and don’t think we forgot about the glorious sunshine we’re experiencing. The pineapple print, re-emerging through the entire collection, makes the perfect uniform to devour piña coladas in.

The Alaïa Le Coeur bag is back

If you don’t want to risk wearing your heart on your sleeve, now you can accessorise it. Alaïa’s Le Coeur bag is back, available in variety of colours and two sizes. After it sold out globally, now you can shop this beauty on the maison’s website. Cross our bags and hope to die – we promise you won’t find anything cuter.

New bling at London’s END

Off to Soho this weekend for a bit of shopping in the sun? Make sure you stop into concept store END. You may end up discovering something crave-worthy, like the Gucci Feline Head Ring – both elegant and ravenously chic. The ideal combo, if you ask us. Shop here.

Lanvin gets painterly

We all know that sequels are usually better than the original, and Lanvin’s second collaboration with Gallery Department is no exception. For the sophomore collection, artist Josué Thomas worked with Lanvin’s Bruno Sialell to create a range that includes tangerine-hued denim and artsy blazers. The collection’s highlight, though, are the sneakers, which fuse Lanvin’s beloved The Curb model with Josué Thomas’ paint splashes. Shop here.
