ROLAND MOURET’S WARDROBE FOR MODERN WOMEN
An appreciation and understanding of the female form is what defines the Roland Mouret brand. His 2023 resort collection is bold and self-assured to that end, exploring the maison’s rich heritage and Mouret’s own history in a contemporary light. Lensed by British photographer Harley Weir, a series of sensuous, provocative images and short films arise in a seductive campaign starring French actress Laetitia Casta. It’s the first Roland Mouret resort collection since the brand’s acquisition by SP Collection – a creative holding company founded by Self-Portrait’s Han Chong – last winter, and is full of floor-length gowns with fitted bodices and flowing capes, asymmetric necklines, fluted skirts, removable shoulder pads and tailoring that’s both exaggerated and nipped in at once.
SAV HUDSON PUTS THE PEDAL TO THE METAL WITH PEACHY DEN
Vroom, vroom; Peachy Den is driving in the fast lane. Of the Peachy Den x Sav Hudson capsule collection drops – two more are yet to come – the debut outing is a beautifully boyish range encapsulating what drag-racing dreams are made of.

During the daytime, UK celebs take to the tills too, so head on down this holiday season. 15 – 17 Foubert’s Pl, Carnaby, London W1F 7QB

The famed figure and his Big Smoke Corporation have just joined forces with Puma to redesign a house staple, the RS sneaker, with brand-new bold colours, modern details and high-tech accents. The fresh-faced RS campaign, called Revolutionaries, places Skepta himself at the fore, shadowing himself, he dismantles and rebuilds the world around him with the ultimate goal of empowering others and as a result, allowing them to master the potential of their creativity. “We are the architects,” Skepta says, adding, “Creativity is limitless.”
CHARLES JEFFREY IS A MUSIC MAN NOW
Loverboy has always been a musically motivated land; no doubt since its designer Charles Jeffrey believes that music is a parallel avocation to fashion and the visual arts. But now, it’s composing its own standalone sound with a multi-genre studio album, dubbed Neko (which means “cat” in Japanese), by the lead loverboy himself, alongside Tom Furse and Robert Fox – formerly of The Horrors. Riffing on the work of rebel cellist Arthur Russell, a polyphonic love letter to music is penned marking the launch of Charles Jeffrey’s AW22 collection, Art of Noise. With soaring synths and hypnotic vocals by Fi Moclusky, rapping courtesy of rising star Taliable and strings from Raven Bush, the Loverboy universe is indomitable.
