We’re used to far rowdier backstage scenes, but perhaps Stella’s girls have absorbed a little of the ease seen in her new collection. From flight suits which made you wonder why you’d ever want to wear separates in the fist place, to pyjama-ish plaids, and ribbed knits which hung from the frame like a luxurious take on your most comforting house clothes, McCartney made a stand for fuss free elegance. Ensembles that are guaranteed to fly off the rails.
