Fendi’s New Capsule Collection Will Leave You in a Spin

We don’t want to throw you off balance, but there’s a new Fendi capsule out, and it’s pretty fantastic. So fantastic, in fact, that we don’t see it lasting on the e-shelves for long. It’ll sell out quicker than you could say, er, “FENDI!” Dubbed FF Vertigo, there ain’t anything dizzy about this collection – just all-round solid garb, made for everyday life.

The collection sees Silvia Venturini Fendi team up with ongoing collaborator Sarah Coleman, where the New York-based artist envisioned a series of warped, multicoloured prints of the Fendi FF monogram, first introduced by Karl Lagerfeld in 1965. Beamed through a psychedelic filter, the wavy motif decorates all the Fendi classics – the Peekaboo included – as well as the brand new Baguette 1997 bag; a re-edition of the brand’s signature accessory.

A bunch of ready-to-wear pieces complete the collection, alongside some very special additions – whether that’s a tent, a polaroid camera, or a surfboard. Cowabunga, dude! If you need any more convincing, Nicki Minaj is already sporting the collection on the gram, so what you waitin’ for?
