ROLAND MOURET: RESORT 2013
Yes, we know that Roland’s many talents but this was a dress heavy collection, and as a master of this garment- why the hell not?! Shot just a stones throw from Mouret’s Maison on Carlos Place, the character conjured for Resorts look book could have easily been one of the glamorous women you often spy in the area- lunching/shopping/goin’ ‘bout their business. But a pair of shades a certain haste, hints at a woman who’s the focus of Paparazzi attention. And like just like old Queeny she favours the occasional luminous shade so as to NEVER be overshadowed in the crowds. *ZING! Amazing film to follow apparently.
