On Fridays we read books. And this Friday, we’ve got the preview of a really special one. One of our favourite designers, Roland Mouret is bringing out a definitive monograph of his 20-year-long career filled with major moments, powerful women and beautiful clothes. The celebration kicked off at the SS19 show with a poetic ode to women that inspire Roland and his work, and on November 6th – the story is finally getting pressed and bound. Eternalised in the glossy pages of a big Rizzoli coffee table book, two decades of a big career showcase the manifesto of design put through a completely new photographic lens.

If you didn’t know, our very own Lady Sophia Neophitou holds the Artistic Director role at the fashion house so we did have the luxury of peeking inside the pages and we can promise – you’re about to discover a lot of amazingness. Inside, the biggest models in the world are photographed by some of the biggest names in the industry wearing the best of Roland Mouret. In the first image released, a good friend of Ten (and our cover star from Issue 60) Aiden is photographed by Vanina Sorrenti for the book chapter Blood, Bones and Fat. She’s the Joan of Arc of our generation, embodying the kind of female power that stops traffic. Such is the power of Roland Mouret – watch this space.

The Roland Mouret Monograph is out on November 6th.
