ROLAND MOURET: ANNOUNCES NEW YORK STORE OPENING
‘America was the first international market to support me, so it was important for me that it also be the site of my first store outside of the UK. I wanted to create the world of Roland Mouret for amazing American women who want to discover my clothes, to build an atmosphere where she feels relaxed. This is a store but also a home away from home’. Yes it’s happening- our cousins across the Atlantic are receiving their very own 8, Carlos Place come summer 2014- except that, well, it’s more likely to be known as 952 Madison Avenue. 1400 square feet of floor space for filling with Roland’s fabulous wares- and going by our most frequented lunch break skive (a stones thrown from Chez 10 really) amazing pieces of objet d’art to boot. Excited much? Even more so by the amazing pictures of Tiphaine de Lussy in the attached mock up.
