Robert De Niro And Al Pacino Celebrate Their Lifelong Friendship In Moncler Campaign

Lifelong friendship and formidable outerwear, Al Pacino and Robert De Niro take centre stage in Moncler’s latest campaign. Called Warmer Together, it reunites two icons of Hollywood for their first-ever shared project – a cinematic expression of friendship, connection and human warmth.

Simple yet cinematic, the campaign underlines Moncler’s belief that true warmth goes far beyond insulation. Warmer Together is both a statement and a celebration: true warmth comes from within, from the human connections we share and the quiet promise to stay close even in the coldest places. “Friendship is the greatest thing you can have. Friends, people whom you share the same world with. There is just an innate trust. And the understanding of life,” Pacino says. “Warmth was never about the outside. It was always about what was happening on the inside,” says De Niro, who sports the down-quilted Maya 70 jacket in the campaign. The advertorial also shines a light on the new Bretagne jacket, a short, hooded puffer designed to protect from the elements while providing ease of movement.

Lensed by world-renowned portrait photographer Platon, both men embody the essence of Moncler’s message. Shot in New York, the compelling black-and-white imagery comes alongside a suite of short films split into five distinct themes – friendship, respect, connection, trust and warmth – wherein Pacino and De Niro engage in casual conversation, their bond evident in every exchange. Punctuated by behind-the-scenes snippets and sudden flashes of the city’s skyline as a recurring motif, the campaign layers intimacy with scale.

Accompanying the campaign, artist and Moncler ambassador Tobe Nwigwe joins his wife Fat to record a fresh rendition of Bill WithersLean On Me, providing the perfect backdrop for a film and photo series grounded in companionship.

“For decades, Moncler has been associated with winter and puffer jackets, but I have always felt that Moncler is about something deeper: love and a sense of togetherness. These values have shaped everything we’ve done for over 70 years,” says Remo Ruffini, chairman and CEO of Moncler. “Across every product and every campaign, there runs a consistent thread of emotion and human connection. Through their story of friendship, Al Pacino and Robert De Niro embody everything Moncler truly stands for: affection, warmth, and the belief that we are all better and warmer together.”

With Warmer Together, Moncler proves the point that its jackets may shield from the elements, but it’s human connection that truly keeps us warm.
