PHILLIP LIM 3.1: NEW YORK A/W 11 BACKSTAGE GIRLS

Apparently this collection was about ‘chic women who ride bikes to work’; personally I would never place myself upon a bicycle for fear of being mown down by a truck, but it did mean a utilitarian and urban collection. Apparently it was also inspired by cholas, which explained the wide trousers I suppose.

Crimping realness.

The aforementioned chola trouser.

That girl on the right is really working it.
