Nothing says Pride quite like Tom of Finland. After all, he is the king of gay erotica… After a hugely sought-after team-up last summer, JW Anderson has joined forces with the Tom of Finland Foundation for an exclusive capsule collection. Available this weekend exclusively at the brand’s Soho flagship store, before dropping online this coming Monday, the collection of tees, shirts, shorts and hoodies come emblazoned with one of Finland’s well-endowed leather daddies; clad in knee-high boots and kinky matching gloves to match.
“We had such a good time working on the first collection and working with the Foundation was a pleasure,” says Anderson. “As a gay man and a designer, Tom of Finland has always fascinated me. I collect all types of art including his drawings. To be able to use them in a JW Anderson collection is so exciting. I am really proud of this year’s collection and love that we were able to expand it to include ready-to-wear.”
Like the last collab, this capsule features a range of knock-out accessories, including a felt tote and leather baguette handbag, as well the Cap bag and JW Anderson’s signature penis keyring, which now come adorned with an army of piercings and studs.
