Sharing is caring – and when it comes to Kim and Ye’s split, there’s enough Demna to go around. Today, the house of Balenciaga unveiled Kim Kardashian as its latest campaign star, with photographer Stef Mitchell capturing the pop culture mogul inside her home in Calabasas.
The announcement comes just weeks after Ye revealed that Demna would be joining him for a Yeezy Gap two-part capsule collection “engineered” by Balenciaga, dropping this June.
In the campaign, Kardashian comes dressed like a boardroom executive on her way to Berghain in a sculptural overcoat and shades, while holding the Balenciaga Hourglass bag. She changes into an all-black catsuit for a second shot: taking selfies on her rather comfy-looking couch alongside a highlighter green iteration of the Le Cagole bag.
Since her masked-up appearance at the Met Gala last September, Kardashian has been a walking billboard for the house – wearing full Balenciaga get-ups to meals out, family parties and a bunch of looks for her host appearance at Saturday Night Live, where she got acquainted with new boo, Pete Davidson (who’s yet to be Demna-fied).
Kardashian is joined by Justin Bieber and Isabelle Huppert, who also appear in the campaign – photographed in his recording studio in LA and her Parisian home, respectively. With the Kardashians’ new Hulu show set to drop later this year, you haven’t seen the last of Kimmy-K’s Balenciaga lewks.
