We always feel at home with Missoni, and we’re not referring to their fabulous range of homeware textiles, or even their luxurious multi national hotel concept. It’s a mixture of having the design dynasty (or at least a fabulous handful of them) all sat front row, and the fact that we feel (in an absolutely positive way) that season after season we more or less know what to expect. There is a linear quality (laying major emphasis on quality) which allows a Missoni garment to feel quite timeless in your wardrobe. Their beauty is woven in the exquisite technicalities of their production, and despite acquiring more and more Missoni stock for our wardrobes, we are yet to part with a single piece. When looks are dissected, seasonal changes are mere subtleties, and we’re always excited for these vintage aspects to suddenly feel relevant again. Like a good friend passing judgement on your new beau. FYI-Missoni’s a keeper!!
