We’re aware that it’s already a fashion-filled week, but why not add a little more? More in the form of the shortlisted nominees for this year’s LVMH Prize. And, as proud British sorts as we are, we’re pleased to note the presence of Charles Jeffrey, Martine Rose, Richard Malone, Daniel W. Fletcher, Nabil Nayal and Molly Goddard on the list. And yes, pernickety sorts might not that Richard is, in fact Irish, but we’re counting him. Sorry. Looking at the rest of the 21 nominees we are left wondering why they can’t just all win? I mean, with so much talent how, exactly, are they meant to decide? Bloody battle? Drawing straws? Well, luckily it’s not down to us, but an all-star panel of industry insiders – joined this time by model Kendall Jenner. The twenty one designers will be whittled down to eight finalists who will show their work in front of a jury that includes Maria Grazia Chiuri, Karl Lagerfeld, Jonathan Anderson, Marc Jacobs, Phoebe Philo, Humberto Leon and Carol Lim, with the opportunity to win 300,000 Euros. Massive congratulations to all the nominees from all of us here at Ten…
