Not sure if you’re aware, but it’s campaign season y’all! All of our favourite brands are presenting visuals that will then sit within all the fashion mags – 10 & 10 Men included – and tempt you to buy their latest fashions. Always one to get us excited is Virgil Abloh, who has had some pretty iconic imagery in his campaigns. For his SS20 collection at Louis Vuitton, Abloh went to none other than Viviane Sassen, a legendary photographer best known for capturing the beauty of the rural life on the continent of Africa. And that’s exactly what she did for this campaign. Capturing the stunning landscapes of Tangier and Chefchaouen in Morroco, Sassen utilised the captivating colours Abloh used in his collection to paint with her camera. With the cast scouted locally in Morocco, the story gets another layer to the covetable style lexicon Abloh has cultivated at Vuitton. Flowers in perfect bloom, sunkissed sandy beaches and a group of flawlessly-dressed handsome men… Thanks Virgil & Viv for taking us to that wonderful holiday we’ve all been waiting for.
