This is something of a PSA (Public Service Announcement for the acronymic-ally challenged amongst us). This PSA was brought to you by me, disgruntled commuter. It is really hot at the moment, lots of you have noticed I’m sure. However, I’m going to have to assume that some people have not noticed as they are inadequately prepared to deal with the heat. Specifically perspiration. We all perspire, I get it. What I don’t get is how people fail to combat it in adverse weather conditions. I pondered this on my commute home one evening, my face shoved into a man’s armpit. How does one create a smell so awful? Perhaps I will never know. What I do know though is a lot about things which smell delightful and eliminate all kinds of stinks. Not Febreeze, but the new perfume collection from Louis Vuitton. It may have been nearly 90 years since their last release, but boy have they been busy. They have a fragrance for every occasion imaginable. And they look so good. Good enough to drink. We wouldn’t advise drinking it though. Not unless you can find a way to sweat it out of your pores. Regardless, we thank you Louis Vuitton. For your endeavors in the fight against bad smells. And remember people, be nice to be near.
