KENZO: S/S14 CAMPAIGN FILM “DAWN IN LUXOR”
Will and I were left slightly bewildered by this film, I’m going to be honest. It contains Egyptian hieroglyphics, a figure cloaked in a shimmering shawl and a dead dolphin. An odd mix. But, being open-minded folk, we enjoyed the beautiful cinematography without fully understanding what we were viewing. I was reminded of Baraka and Samsara, Ron Fricke’s amazing films documenting scenes of human life and religion from around the world.
