If you watched Channel 4’s Gogglebox in Stand Up To Cancer’s last Friday, you’ll know that Kate Moss took to TV like a duck to water. And now she’s taking her TV career to the next level by starring in David Walliams’ BBC1’s adaptation of The Boy in the Dress, a children’s book by Walliams about a twelve-year-old boy who enjoys cross-dressing. In the film, which will be aired at Christmas, Moss plays herself, appearing in a fantasy of the prepubescent transvestite. Walliams has described the cast, which also includes Jennifer Saunders, as his dream cast. We’ll be sure to highlight this in our Christmas TV guides. A must-watch.
