Jonathan Anderson’s Dior Debuts At The Selfridges Corner Shop

This morning, Jonathan Anderson’s debut Dior collections for men and women launched at the Selfridges Corner Shop. Carefully curated and effortlessly cohesive, the set up boasts ready-to-wear and accessories, including those scene-stealing Book Totes, making it, without a doubt, a must visit.

Bridging the gap between Parisian art de vivre and British spirit, the display is inspired by the Dior archives, in particular, 30 Montaigne and the house’s very first boutique – a quaint shop in Paris called Colifichets. From Colifichets come the boxes, simple and elegant forms, and from 30 Montaigne, the emblematic gray colourway.

Acrobatic bellboys in velvet tailcoats carry passels of these gray boxes, finely stacked to form quirky “totem poles” and “weightless arches” that stretch all the way to the ceiling. The result is an ephemeral, light-hearted world that reads like a waking dream, animated by whimsical mannequins and playful theatricality.

Prolonging this echo of Dior’s cherished art of gift-giving, the Dior Book Tote is reimagined by Anderson as embroidered book covers featuring iconic literary titles. A personalisation service allows initials to be added to Dior bookmarks and notebooks, underscoring the collection’s literary sensibility and intimate charm.

The surroundings also spotlight Dior Oblique leather goods revisited by the new creative director, alongside pieces demonstrating exceptional savoir-faire in suede leather. Highlights include the Dior Roadie and Dior Saltwind sneakers, the Dior Archie and Dior Heir loafers, and a curated selection of ties and caps, composing a summer 2026 men’s wardrobe that celebrates the infinitely Dior pleasure found in the art of dressing.

The women’s line, meanwhile, stands out for its luminous freshness. The lucky clover – a Dior code and symbol of Ireland – adorns T-shirts, denim and a reworked Lady Dior. Among the most irresistible creations are the Dior Bow bag, its innovative leather silhouette delicately tied, alongside Dior Médaillon belts, Dior Initials pumps and playful bag charms, signalling a new beginning and an ever-more-desirable Dior essence.

This fleeting Dior moment at the Selfridges Corner Shop is only on until February 28, giving you all the more reason to linger while it lasts.
